RANGE

Orders to purchase items can be placed through the KYMYKA webshop. Every product is presented through the webshop by means of a picture and an accompanying product description.

The purchase agreement is formed after KYMYKA has accepted the order. This normally happens within seconds after payment.

PRICE

All prices (in euros) that are stated in the webshop always include VAT and any taxes are at the purchaser’s expense. Additional costs for transport, freight, reservation and delivery, as well as the administrative costs, are charged separately.

PAYMENT METHOD

KYMYKA accepts the following payment methods for orders placed in the webshop.

– Meastro, (iDeal)

KYMYKA uses the shopify payments system to guarantee safe payment. An order confirmation of the purchase is sent to the purchaser and the purchase agreement is definitively concluded from the moment that we receive the payment.

The product remains the property of KYMYKA until the full price of the product ordered has been paid.

DELIVERY

We ship worldwide!

KYMYKA undertakes to send the purchased products to the purchaser within a period of 1-5 business days, to be counted as from the day on which KYMYKA accepts the order by means of the order comfirmation.

The purchaser receives a dispatch notification the moment that the purchased products are sent. Orders within the Netherlands are sent through PostNL, International orders through DHL.

RETURN POLICY

The product must be returned within 14 days and be unworn condition. KYMYKA is not responsible for the shipping of the returned products or the costs thereof. We recommend that you always send the returns by registered mail.
